I don't know anything about broadband, is it easy to set up?
Setting up broadband is easy. However if you want a little more assurance please contact us and we can take you through every step. Making it as easy as possible.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Of course. You will keep your Marshfield phone number.
Are phone calls included?
There are packages available which also include phone calls.
I already have broadband. Can I get this offer?
This offer is available to everyone. As long as you are out of your minimum contract term with your current internet and phone line provider you can migrate to this service. Please contact your current provider to check your contract end date.
What Speed will I get?
Anything up to 72MB down depending on your package and address. Please feel free to contact us.
What speed do I need?
There are two speed packages available. The 40MB service and the 80MB service. For families of 4 and above or heavy internet users we would recommend the 80MB package.
I have TV services as part of my broadband package. If I move my broadband to you will I lose my TV services?
This is dependant on the TV services you are receiving, get in contact and we can take you through the process.
